What are the dilferences between the low-speed, medium-speed and high-speed buttons on an electric v

    1.Difference in driving speed
Electric vehicles of different voltages and types have varying speed ranges in each mode

    Low-speed mode
    48V electric bicycle: Approximately 18 km/h60V electric
    lightweight motorcycle: Approximately 22 km/h72V
electric motorcycle: Approximately 25 km/h(For models with 72V and a motor power of 22kW, separate calculations will be made.)

    Medium speed mode
    60V model (motor600W/800W):Approximately 30 -40 km/h72V model (typically 1200W): Approximately 35 - 45 km/h

    High-speed mode
    48V model: Approximately 25 km/h60V model: Maximum speed of approximately 45-50 km/h72V model: Approximately 55 -65 km/h

    2. Torque and EnergyConsumption
    Low gear:
Power-saving, with low load on the motor, it is more suitable for heavy loads or climbing slopes.

    Medium gear:
Economical and practical, with excellent battery life, suitable for smooth riding.

    High gear:
It has the strongest power, but it consumes a lot of energy. Long-term use will cause greater wear andtear on the battery and the motor. it is not recommended for use in climbing slopes or for carrying people.

    3.Applicable Scenarios
    Low-speed mode:
Suitable for congested roads, areas around schools, rainy or snowy weather conditions, or other occasions where smooth vehicle control is required.

    Medium-speed mode:
Suitable for daily road commutes, balancing efficiency and safety

    High-speed mode:
It is recommended to use it briefly under good road conditions and when there is a low traffic volume, forovertaking or fast passage. Special reminder for users of high-power electric motorcycles: Please control your
    speed to ensure safety.

    Control principle:
The speed adjustment of the electric vehicle is achieved through the "brain" -the controller byregulating the output current: low speed < 1/3 of the full current, medium speed ≈ 2/3 of the full current, andhigh speed is the full current output, with the motor running at its maximum speed.

    Which mode saves power?

The answer is that the low-speed mode consumes the least power. In the low-speed mode, the battery dischargecurrent is the smallest and the discharge is smooth, resulting in the longest driving range. Taking a set of 60V 20Arbatteries as an example, the driving range in the low-speed state may be close to 80 kilometers. Switching to themedium-speed mode, the mileage is usually only about 60 kilometers. lf using the high-speed mode, the drivingrange may even drop to around 50 kilometers. "charging for 8 hours and traveling for 1 hour" is no joke. To saveelectricity for an electric vehicle, it is best to use the low-speed mode more often. The medium-speed mode is themost balanced, while the high-speed mode saves time but consumes the most power.

Which mode of cycling should l choose usually?

Which mode to choose mainly depends on the road conditions. Switch flexibly! When encounteringcongestion, sidewalks, school areas, or rainy/snowy weather, switch to a lower speed for safety firstFor daily smooth roads and steady commuting, the medium speed is recommended. it saves powerand has good battery performance, and is also more friendly to the battery.
If you need to make a temporary overtaking or pass through an open area quickly, you canbriefly switch to the highway mode, but try to avoid using it for a long time. Finally, no matterwhich mode you choose, avoid frequent hard braking and sudden acceleration. Maintaining aconstant speed is the best way to extend the battery life and range.

In low-speed mode, it consumes the least power and is ideal for climbing slopes, starting off, andoperating in complex conditions. The medium-speed mode strikes a balance between speed and batterylife, making it the most practical choice for daily cycling. Although the high-speed mode is highly efficient,it consumes more power. lt is recommended to use it for a short period oftime only when necessary.
Switching these three gears reasonably not only saves more electricity but also enhancesdriving safety and prolongs the overall lifespan of the electric vehicle. Have you mastered it?
To truly achieve a safe and reliable journey, choosing a high-quality and highly secure battery isof utmost importance. Changxin batteries adhere to military-grade manufacturing standards, selecting 99.994% pure native lead (Grade 1 refined lead) for forging, and using thickened platesand high-density active substances to ensure greater durability of the battery. Even after 500charge-discharge cycles, the capacity can still remain above 85%. in contrast, the capacity ofordinary batteries significantly decreases after 300 cycles. Choosing Changxin batteries allowsyou to enjoy a three-year ride, and the battery remains as durable as ever!
